Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer or Site Agent to join the team on a freelance basis to cover acceleration of their project in Devonport Docks, Plymouth.
The package of works involves concrete repairs on a dry dock – so looking for a Senior Engineer who has experience with concrete fabrication, and is very competent with ITPs, Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) and Quality Assurance.
The role will be working within an established site team, liaising with client and various sub-contractors.
The role is initially for 5 months – however there are options to extend the contract or even join the company in a permanent role.
The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working on civil engineering contracts with an emphasis on ITPs, RAMS and quality

Previously worked as a Senior Engineer, Sub Agent or Package Manager

Have experience with concrete and concrete refurbishments

Hold a valid CSCS Managerial card

BSc level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND.
The successful candidate will need to be able to provide proof of UK employment history for standard security checks
