A well established Main Contractor who operate throughout the UK and Ireland are searching for a Senior M&E Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
They work on high profile schemes within the Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Student Accommodation sectors.
Due to an increased workload they need a professional Senior M&E Coordinator who can fit into their current team.
Your duties:
- Manage Mechanical & Electrical elements of live projects and tenders
- Designing of minor work elements to satisfy project requirements
- Coordinating any temporary M&E services as required
- Troubleshooting design and programme issues
- Meeting with designers and sub-contractors to develop installation and commissioning programmes
- Ensuring M&E design, installing and commission programmes are incorporated into the main programme.
Education / Qualifications:
- A Degree / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience gained within mechanical services environment
- Working knowledge of electrical, BMS and fire/security installations
- IT literate
- Able to work to tight deadlines
