Here we have a great, permanent, opprtunity for an experienced Senior Planner.
As Senior Planner, you will be responsible for the planning function on medium to large tenders and sites involving complex and detailed analysis of large volumes of information.
Locations can be Shrewsbury or Stoke
Duties include -
- Produce fully linked project programme for site, tender or pre-qualification purposes to identify ctitical path, float, risk and opportunity.
- Undertake what-if scenarios
- Verify subcontractors programmes
- Laise with TW team to obtain design and cost
- Assess progress vs programmes
- Implement change control process
- Prepare cause and effect programmes
- Train Junior Planners
Requirements for this position -
- Construction based qualification (Degree/HND/HNC etc.)
- Good understanding of construction methods and technology including materials
- Demonstrable ability in Planning
- Prior experience on healthcare/NHS projects
