A well-established infrastructure specialist are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis which covers the HS2 enabling works package.
They have been awarded various packages of work with a focus on utility and highway diversion, this will entail heavy earthworks, drainage, traffic management and roadworks.
This is a key project to both the company and the UK’s infrastructure and would suit an experienced Project Manager that is able to oversee enabling works packages between the value of £10-20m.
Some of your duties will include:
- To ensure that contract plans are well programme, reviewed and delivered on time
- Operating as a line manager to assistant site managers and site managers
- Maintaining a close relationship with client and ensuring internal/external stakeholders are kept up to date with site progress
- Ensuring that site health and safety is maintained at a high level
- Ensuring that company policies are adhered to
- Reporting to Project Director
About you:
- Demonstrable history of delivering enabling works packages between £10-20m
- Able to maintain relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong health and safety focus
