One of our large main contractors is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a newly awarded civil engineering project in Norfolk. The SQS or Project QS will be based on the project from initial ECI works through to delivery phase.
Main duties
Lead and manage the procurement process

Ensure effective cost management of the project through regular and accurate forecasting and cost/value reporting.

Contract administration, notification, and evaluation of changes,

Developing commercial relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
