Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management Systems
o Develop and Implement: Create and maintain comprehensive quality management systems tailored to the project's needs.
o Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance quality standards.
2. Inspection and Compliance
o Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect completed work and work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
o Compliance Monitoring: Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
3. Documentation and Reporting
o Quality Reports: Prepare detailed quality reports, documenting inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
o Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to address quality issues and ensure project goals are met.
o Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding quality standards and progress.
5. Training and Education
