We are looking for a Quality Manager to support the delivery of quality planning, assurance, improvement and governance across major construction and infrastructure projects.
This role will suit a quality professional who enjoys working across bids, project start-up, supplier assurance, ISO 9001 auditing, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Head of Quality Management and wider project, procurement, commercial, engineering and production teams to help embed robust quality standards across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting quality planning and developing project quality plans and deliverables.
- Carrying out ISO 9001 audits, supplier assurance visits and quality reviews.
- Supporting ECI, bid activity and project start-up phases.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives, lessons learnt forums and quality campaigns.
- Analysing quality data to identify trends, reduce repeat issues and support continuous improvement.
- Providing practical quality advice, coaching and support to project teams and business functions.

About you
We are keen to hear from candidates with strong quality management experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related project environment. Experience of internal and supplier audits, quality management systems, document control processes, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement would be highly valuable.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with project teams, senior stakeholders and supply chain partners, with the ability to combine governance and assurance with practical, hands-on project support.
