Our client is a civil engineering sub-contractor working on various projects within London and M25. They specialise in paving, groundworks, drainage, regeneration and utilities.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South East London to look after civil engineering projects in and around London but to be based in the office.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
- contractual administration of projects based on NEC contracts
- managing a team of quantity surveyors and assistants
- sub-contract management, procurement and negotiations
- commercial resolution with clients of scheme outcomes
- client and supply chain framework liaison
Requirements:
- quantity surveying degree or equivalent
- solid background working for a sub-contractor
- civil engineering experience
- good working knowledge of NEC contracts
