Our client is a civil engineering subcontractor, specialising in groundworks and RC frame structures. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in Gravesend.
This role would be ideal for someone with RC frame experience and a subcontractor background, with good measuring knowledge. You will be joining a team concentrated on growing and strengthening the business.
You will be responsible for measurements, administering contracts, estimating and surveying.
The candidate will have previous experience working for subcontractor within RC frame projects, be quick at measuring, will have degree in Quantity Surveying and good NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts knowledge,
