Our client is a civil engineering subcontractor and they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will have civils residential groundworks experience.
You will be responsible for contractual administration of project subcontracts, project management, procurement and negotiations, liaising with clients and supply chain and supporting members of the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in quantity surveying
- Previous civils experience on groundworks residential projects
- Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
- Managing projects up to £25m
