A high profile joint venture consisting of some of the world's most reputable Civil Engineering & Construction businesses are searching for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working on the UK's largest infrastructure scheme out of their office in Northamptonshire.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you can be expected to work within a close-knit and supportive team and will be given the autonomy to lead and manage your own projects. You will be expected to to deal with cost reconciliations, cash management, subcontractor account management, dispute management and much more.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be quick to resolve issues and proactive in your approach.
About you:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B and C
- Experience of working on civil engineering projects
- Clear communication skills and proactive in tackling issues
