A Tier 1 Contractor who specialise within Civil Engineering, Build and Facilities Management - Refurbishment are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis for 6 months.
The Project: Looking after the capital works scheme contract.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will:
- Have extensive experience looking after capital works projects or refurbishment schemes.
- Experienced in pre-construction management and construction stage management.
- Ideally have previously worked within the Healthcare sector.
- Ideally be DBS cleared.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
