A high-profile job-based in Berkshire are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in MEP works.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager , you can be expected to work within a close-knit and supportive team and will be given the autonomy to lead and manage. You will be expected to to deal with cost reconciliations, cash management, subcontractor account management, dispute management, and much more.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be quick to resolve issues and proactive in your approach.
About you:
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B, and C
- Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts
- Experience of working on Marine/ flood alleviation projects
- Small to medium sized projects (£1 to £20 million)
- Clear communication skills and proactive in tackling issues
