Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Carmichael UK is excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team, focused on the Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). This role is pivotal in managing the finances of large-scale water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct cost analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit valuation reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop effective cost control measures.
- Manage procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
- Resolve any financial disputes and issues effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.
