CarmichaelUK have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major rail project for a Tier 1 main contractor.
The Role
- Daily Rate will reflect experience for a Senior Quantity Surveyor contractor.
- There are 2 vacancies; one is to manage sub contracts, the other is to process change.
- Exciting opportunity increase your experience with great clients and progression within a successful company.
- This is a long term piece project, the project has multiple years to run.
The Candidate - Senior Quantity Surveyor
You should have:
- Strong experience on rail & Civils Projects
- Previous Experience working on Bridges.
- In depth knowledge of NEC3 or NR contracts.
- Organisational and good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
- Capable of working in an autonomous or team orientated environment
- Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly
The candidate must have recent UK experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
The client will interview at short notice and can start soon afterwards.
