An established multi-disciplinary contractor are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be tasked with working on the Crossrail West Stations Package 3 which has been underway since the start of 2019, the scope of works will include new and modified station buildings, installation of new footbridges and lifts, upgrading of electrical supplies/wiring and mechanical systems.
Some of your duties will include:
- Liaising effectively with the commercial team
- Prepare applications and reports
- Contribute to the development of subordinates
- Proactively contribute to the commercial success of the project
- Manage specified subcontract accounts and support senior staff in negotiations
