My client a long established Tier 1 Main Contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a Main Contracting background, to join their team to work on projects in the South East region.
Utilising your 7+ years' experience along with your degree qualification, you will be the Senior Quantity Surveyor for this forward thinking business. Your experience should demonstrate Design & Build MOD and Traditional Build project experience.
An ambitious nature and desire for career development will be key as your Senior Quantity Surveying responsibility will include carrying out the commercial role on the project in line with the process and procedures to ensure the contractual and commercial position is protected and financial performance is enhanced; you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
