An opportunity exists for a Senior Site Agent/Project Manager with extensive rail experience and, in particular, early contractor involvement in the planning and construction of railway stations and platforms.
Duties will include –
- Scoping of the works
- Design support and input, GRIP 4-5
- Planning and programming
- Evaluating and choosing construction methodology
- Investigating various options and the costs
Requirements for this post includes –
- Extensive recent platform construction experience for a tier one/Principal Contractor as an Agent or Project Manager
- Recent ECI experience and knowledge of GRIP4-5 procedure
- Commercially astute
- Can demonstrate progressions from Site Engineer to Agent, preferably with a Civil Engineering degree/diploma and professional registration.
This is a long-term opportunity with a good potential for temp to perm. This post fall inside IR35 and daily rate advertised is merely a suggestion. A rate will be negotiated with the candidate.
