I currently have an exciting opportunity with a Tier 1 Contractor specialising in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. I’m currently looking for an experienced site engineer to work on a rail grade separation near Peterborough.
You will have worked on Heavy Civil/ Infrastructure projects and be familiar with drainage, earthworks and piling.
Tasks:
- Competent in Civil Engineer out – i.e. structures, drainage, earthworks, Tunnels
- Able to work in line with company policy with respect to quality assurance i.e. ensure that the works is constructed in accordance with the works information / specification and records are compiled in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans
- Robust knowledge of the Specification of Rail Works
- Able to undertake reconciliation for materials
Skills & Experience:
- A Degree, Bachelors, MSc or HND in Civil Engineering
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Supervisor qualifications ideally SSSTS
- PTS
- CSCS qualification
- Basic site paperwork
