An exciting opportunity exist for a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience on rail projects to fulfill the management requirements on a multi-billion major project in the North West. This post requires you to be the link between the client and a consortium of tier one consortium for the delivery of a large rail project.
Your duties will include the following –
- Represent the consortium at high level meeting with the client
- Manage the clients expectations
- Interact with the consortium's Senior Management with regards to delivery targets
- Manage the process, procedures and protocols
Requirements for this post include –
- Land Surveying degree or equivalent
- Chartership
- Extensive experience and knowledge on the processes, procedures and protocols within the rail environment
- Currently a Senior Survey Manager on a large rail project is preferable
- Experience representing a JV at client meetings
- Excellent negotiating and collaboration skills
