Setting Out Engineer required for a Civil Engineering contractor who specialises in groundworks and drainage projects on behalf of large residential developers across the Home Counties.
You will be joining a close-knit team on a new Groundworks and Infrastructure project in Essex.
The works include Drainage, S278/38, Groundworks and general infrastructure.
They have a strong site-based team and you will be working closely with the Senior Site Engineer to ensure the project is achieving set time frames.
This business has an ambitious growth plan and are aiming to increase their turnover by £25m over the course of the next 3 years, in order to achieve this they're looking to build a new team who they can develop into senior roles in future.
Your duties will include:
- Setting out and levelling sites
- Liaising with senior site engineer and project manager
- Raising technical queries on design issues
- Monitoring health and safety
- Holding regular update meetings
Qualifications needed:
- HNC/D or Degree in Civil Engineering
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS
- Drivers license
