CarmichaelUK are recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer on a civil works / build project in Woking.
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working on large scale earthworks, civils, drainage and hard landscaping projects.
This project is expected to last another 4-6 weeks and you will benefit from market competitive rates
Your duties will include:
-Setting out for Civil Works
-Assist the Section Engineer for all section of works
-Carrying out quality inspections
-Produce ITPs and as-builts
If you would like to apply for the Setting Out Engineer position, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Have previously worked within a rail environment and civils sectors
- Previously worked as an experienced site engineer (preferably with a main contractor)
- Extensive earthworks and setting out experience.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of quality assurance,
- Hold a construction related degree or HNC
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
