An exciting opportunity has come up for a Setting Out Engineer to work on a major highways job in the Hampshire area. The role is to start as soon as possible and is for at least 4 months with a view to a long term contract as the scheme will run for two years.
Setting out Engineers tasks will include but not limited to:

Setting out
-
Setting levels
-
Setting drainage
-
Providing technical advice
-
Surveying the site
-
Produce documentation on work performance were required.

Deal with site problems to ensure that the project remains on plan.

To at all times be aware of the value / cost of the materials they are using and to adopt a sustainable approach.
Required
-
Highways and civils experience
-
Experience using an RD8100/8000
-
CSCS
-
Medical
-
Minimum degree qualification in Civil Engineering or an equivalent and a CSCS card.
