A freelance opportunity exist for Setting out Engineers to be involved on a long term project setting out drainage, verge extensions, retaining walls, concrete foundations, troughing etc and compiling as builts.
Duties will include –
- Setting out of the works as mentioned above
- Keeping ahead of program
- Assist in permits
- Ensure Health and safety
- Interact with the delivery team
Requirements for this post include
- A survey or civil engineering qualification
- Experience in setting out and topo surveys
- Previous exposure on large highway projects like smart motorways
- Willing to work shifts
- CSCS, first Aid
