CarmichaelUK are recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer skilled in Basement Construction for a groundworks project in Central East London.
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working on large scale groundworks, RC, basement construction, Capping Beams, columns, cores and slabs.
This project is expected to last 6 months with potential to move across to another site on completion of works:
-Setting out for Basement / RC Works
-Assist the Section Engineer for all section of works
-Carrying out quality inspections
-Produce ITPs and as-builts
-Pre pour checks
-Concrete orders
If you would like to apply for the Setting Out Engineer position, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Previously worked as an experienced site engineer (preferably with a main contractor)
- Extensive RC and Groundworks setting out experience.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of quality assurance,
- Hold a construction related degree or HNC
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
