Our Trades & Labour Division have secured a number of key Infrastructure contracts across the UK, and we are currently looking for a Shuttering / Formwork Carpenter Foreman for the Devonport Docks Project, to be engaged on a long-term basis.
Requirements Competencies:
- Strong previous experience in major projects working as a Formworks / Shuttering Foreman.
- Confident with all aspects of formworks, with understanding of Doka and Peri formworks systems.
- Organise aspects of works, logistics and resource allocation to ensure progress is managed to programme deadlines.
- Ownership of key programme milestones.
- Keep teams on task and report to site management.
- Perform toolbox talks and site briefings.
- Good awareness of safety on site.
- Assisting around site when required.
- Good understanding of IT systems, i.e., completing allocation sheets, timesheets, etc.
Ticket Requirements:
- Minimum – CSCS Gold and SMSTS
- Preferred – CSCS Black and SMSTS
Rates / Package:
- Basic – £22.53 per hour
- OT1.5x – £33.80 per hour
- Composite Rate – £24.55 per hour (based on 47.5hrs worked).
- Allowances Available – Lodge / Mileage if eligibility criteria are met.
