A long-term opportunity exists for an experienced civil engineering/construction Site /Project Administrator on a large iconic infrastructure project in Huddersfield. Your previous experience working collaboratively on major Joint Ventures or Alliances projects for tier one Principal Contractors in a fast-paced environment, is sought after.
Your responsibilities for this will be-
- To provide administrative and document control support to project teams.
- To maintain and manage project documentation using ProjectWise and SharePoint.
- To coordinate information flow and support team collaboration within a major Alliance/Framework structure.
- To assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of documentation for handback processes.
- To serve as a key point of contact for on-site coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The following requirement are desirable -
- Proficiency in ProjectWise and SharePoint is essential.
- Highly proactive and organised
- Previous experience working within a Joint Venture (JV), Alliance, or major Framework is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with handover/handover documentation and handback procedures.
- Background in infrastructure sectors such as rail, highways, or utilities.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle documentation and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Willingness to be based full-time on-site at HD1.
