A long-term opportunity exists for an experienced civil engineering/construction Site /Project Administrator on a large iconic infrastructure project in Huddersfield. Your previous experience working collaboratively on major Joint Ventures or Alliances projects for tier one Principal Contractors in a fast-paced environment, is sought after.

 

Your responsibilities for this will be-

  • To provide administrative and document control support to project teams.
  • To maintain and manage project documentation using ProjectWise and SharePoint.
  • To coordinate information flow and support team collaboration within a major Alliance/Framework structure.
  • To assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of documentation for handback processes.
  • To serve as a key point of contact for on-site coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

 

The following requirement are desirable -

  • Proficiency in ProjectWise and SharePoint is essential.
  • Highly proactive and organised
  • Previous experience working within a Joint Venture (JV), Alliance, or major Framework is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with handover/handover documentation and handback procedures.
  • Background in infrastructure sectors such as rail, highways, or utilities.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle documentation and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Willingness to be based full-time on-site at HD1.
