CarmichaelUK are looking for a Site Agent to work with a new client of ours who are doing subcontract work on the Highways England CWF framework across area 4. They have picked up work on the A27 near Worthing on a junction upgrade. Work being carried out will be mainly ducting, groundworks, signage, paving and kerbs. We are looking for someone to start work on October 25th running through for the duration of the 10 week contract. Depending on workload over the winter period, there may be the opportunity for extension into 2022.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Management of the night shift
- Ensuring works are carried out with the highest H&S standards being adhered to
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with scope and drawings
- Raising early warning notices if necessary
- Ensuring safe systems of work are in place and updated
We are looking for someone who has:
- CSCS card white or black
- SMSTS
- Highways experience
- Management experience
