The Role
As Site Agent, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day execution of civil engineering activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all site activities
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Managing site documentation, permits, and reporting
- Liaising with the client, engineers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge across all aspects of civils works, including:
- Earthworks
- Drainage
- Reinforced Concrete structures
- Foundations
- Utilities
- Roads and infrastructure
- Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- CSCS Card (essential)
- SMSTS (essential)
