An established Civil Engineering contractor are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business have been operating for over 40 years and have a strong reputation in the industry for their knowledge and expertise.
A requirement for a Site Agent has opened on one of their key contracts for an MOD base in the Hampshire area on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor which will include Kerbing, Earthworks, Fencing and Pathways.
They have been based at this location for close to a year already and more extensions are being added so are expecting to remain on this site for the foreseeable future.
Some of your duties will include:
- Plan and co-ordinate daily works
- Manage the commercial aspects of the project
- Work with the site Quantity Surveyor on a daily basis
- Complete and maintain up to date programme of works
- Review allocation sheets
- Have strong IT skill
About you:
- Ideally degree qualified but will also consider HNC/HND in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience with similar types of works
- Commutable to Hampshire
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely organised
