An opportunity exist for an Site Agent on a challenging project in Carlisle. Experience in managing a small and complex project for a Tier one contractor is sought after.
Duties will include -
- Meeting with the stakeholders
- deciding on the methodology
- Solving and predicting all technical difficulties
- Plan and program the works
- Oversee the construction and deliver the works
Requirements for this project are
- Extensive experience as a Site Agent (not Site Manager) for a tier one principal contractor
- Proven stakeholder interaction and collaboration
- Civil Engineering degree/diploma
- Planning and contractual documentation skills
- Available to start on the 19 Oct.
