A well known contractor in the Buckinghamshire area is seeking a Site Agent with a proven track record of delivering rail civils and platform upgrade projects.
Duties of a Site Agent include:
- Planning and programming of the works
- Monitoring and implementing the financial controls and cost reports
- Management and monitoring of Sub Agents, Section Engineers and the team
- Management of plant , materials and subcontractors
- Liaise and chair client/project meetings
- Oversee daily administration, quality, audits, permits and records
- Oversee the setting out and as well as the as-builts
- Implement company procedures and protocols
- Compilation of Method statements and risk assessments
- Interpreting and implementing of the design
- Health and Safety compliance
Skills & Experience:
- A Degree, Bachelors, MSc or HND in Civil Engineering
- You will be currently working as a Sub Agent or Agent
- Knowledge and experience of rail civils and station upgrades
- Experience working for a main contractor
- CSCS qualification
- PTS
