Due to increased workload across their capital project workstream, we are recruiting for a Site Agent to be based in Cumbria.
The role is a critical position in the delivery of this workstream and offers strong progression for the successful applicant. With a strong background in utility projects duties will include:
- Planning and programming of the works
- Monitoring and implementing the financial controls and cost reports
- Management of Engineers and Subcontractors
- Management of plant and materials
- Oversee and manage traffic management plans
- Daily interaction with Client and design team
- Maintain daily records.
- Implement company procedures and protocols.
- Compilation of method statements and risk assessments
- Interpreting and implementing of the design
- Quality control in accordance to the specifications
- Drive Health and Safety
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- Ideally water non-infrastructure project experience (up to £10m schemes)
- Extensive utilities experience
- Proven background of project delivery
- Stable career history
