THE ROLE
To efficiently manage; safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a project or assist a project manager on a large-scale project.
ABOUT YOU
You need to be driven and self-motivated with a good work ethic. You must be willing to learn and continue your development. Being a team player is essential to the role.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or equivalent
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black
- First Aid
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator
- Appointed Person – Excavator Only
- Management of Confined Space
- IOSH Management of Buried Services
- Contractual Knowledge
- Able to produce/update programmes using ASTA Powerproject
- Able to read and understand drawings, BoQ’s and specifications
- Able to understand plant/labour/materials/subcontract allowances
