Carmichael are recruiting for a Site Agent, with extensive Civils and Rail experience, to join our client's team on an upcoming Rail Project. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role at a growing organisation
Responsibilites will include -
- Managing overall responsibility for delivery of sections of work safely and to time and budget.
- Driving quality delivery through effective planning and right first-time delivery
- Creating and implementing WPP, TBS, risk assessments and site permits
- Monitoring and reporting on costs and progress
- Producing the quality documentation and manage all risks.
- Management of subcontractors
- Attending Network Rail and site meetings
- Ensuring and implementing health and safety
Requirements for this position -
- Extensive experience on civil and rail projects working for a principal Contractor
- Civil Engineering qualification would be preferred
- Demonstrable civil engineering construction ability and know-how in a similar position
- Commercially astute
- Excellent motivational and communication skills
- PTS or prepared to obtain a PTS
- TWC accreditation would be beneficial
