A freelance opportunity, inside IR35, exists for a Site Agent with a track record of delivering OLE, signaling, comms and track on major rail infrastructure projects for tier one or principal Contractors is sought after.
Rates advertised are an indication only and will be negotiated based on experience.
Duties will include –
- Creating and implementing WPP, TBS, risk assessments and site permits
- Monitoring and reporting on costs and progress
- Producing the quality documentation and manage all risks.
- Management of subcontractors and their delivery rate
- Attending stakeholder and site meetings
- Ensuring and implementing health and safety
Requirements for this opportunity include –
- Extensive experience delivering rail infrastructure projects for a principal Contractor.
- Extensive experience managing subcontractors delivering OLE, Signaling, Comms and track
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on rail standards and regulations
- Excellent motivational and communication skills
- PTS, TWC, AP and First Aid
