An opportunity exists for a Site Agent to join an international multi-disciplinary Contractor with a track record of delivering rail infrastructure projects countrywide. Proven hands-on experience delivering rail infrastructure projects from beginning to end for a tier one or principal Contractor especially the track, OLE and signaling is sought after
Duties will include –
- Creating and implementing WPP, TBS, risk assessments and site permits
- Monitoring and reporting on costs and progress
- Producing the quality documentation and manage all risks.
- Management of subcontractors and their delivery rate
- Attending stakeholder and site meetings
- Ensuring and implementing health and safety
Requirements for this opportunity include –
- Extensive experience delivering rail infrastructure projects for a principal Contractor.
- Preferable a civil engineering qualification
- Demonstrable civil engineering construction ability and know-how
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on rail standards and regulations
- Excellent motivational and communication skills
- PTS, TWC, AP and First Aid
