I am looking for a Nights Site Engineer, with highways experience, to join a Main contractor on a Highways England Framework project in West Sussex. The scheme runs on the A27 between Chichester and Worthing and will go for approximately 13 weeks.
Works will involve highways maintenance/surfacing and the Engineer must be able to manage subbies and set-out using GPS and Total Station.
This is an immediate requirement and could be a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Main contractor highways/drainage experience
- Experience setting out using GPS and/or Total Station
- Valid CSCS
- HNC or higher in an engineering related field
- Clean UK drivers licence
Due to the location of the highways work you will need your own transport to and from the site and the depot (no access by public transport).
