CarmichaelUK a working with a leading main contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer to join their team on a Stadium project in South West London.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder as the works will involve FRC construction, drainage, and fit-out.
This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to move onto other London based projects with the same contractor.
This position will be outside IR35 pending a completed SDS.
Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Setting out for FRC and drainage
- Helping manage/mentor junior Engineers
- Recording QA data
- Take-offs and ordering of concrete and steel
- Carrying out as-built surveys
- Daily diaries and record keeping
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND in Civil Engineering
- Previously worked as a Surveyor, Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer
- Competent in the use of Leica TS series Total Station
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
