Carmichael are recruiting on behalf of a successful Civils Contractor to work on the Southampton to London pipeline Project as a Site Engineer on a contract basis.
The scope of the project is to replace 97km of the 105km underground aviation fuel pipeline that runs from Fawley refinery near Southampton to the West London Terminal storage facility in Hounslow.
Experience with Trenchless crossing and Micro boring desirable.
PAYE or Umbrella Basis.
Main Site: Surrey
Immediate start.
Site Engineer.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Checking RAMs and ITPs
- Resolving technical queries
- Setting out
- Reporting on site progress
- Liaising with design and commercial teams
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has previously worked on a project that is similar
