Site Engineer
Airport Infrastructure Project
£400 per day Inside IR35
3 month contract
Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a major airport infrastructure project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme involving a mixture of concrete works, general civil engineering, ducting and drainage packages within a complex operational environment.
Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project requirements.

Managing and maintaining accurate site records, including QA documentation.

Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs and as-built information.

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.

Monitoring health, safety and environmental compliance on site.

Providing technical support to site teams and project management.

Ensuring works are carried out in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on large civil engineering or construction projects.

Strong setting out experience using Leica, Trimble or similar equipment.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of QA procedures and site documentation.

CSCS Card.

HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
