In the coming months, there will be an opportunity for site engineers to join a major Joint Venture on part of the HS2 scheme in Buckinghamshire. This is a great opportunity to work with a joint venture consisting of some of the UK's largest civil construction companies. Get involved at the very start of the project, focusing on the main body of works after the initial enabling teams have completed the utilities and clearance.

Main Duties:

- Setting Out duties

- Carrying out quality control of civil engineering packages

- Working alongside the Site Manager

- Co-ordinate and Audit Subcontractor

- Co-ordinate construction activities

- Reading technical drawings Weekly meetings, reporting and assist project controls function

- Arranging site access with the DNO’s or Local authorities as required

You should be:

· A good communicator with the ability to instruct and direct staff

· A good organiser, both of self and others with the ability to think in advance

· Degree or HNC qualified in Civil Engineering

· You will have significant main contractor civils experience including Roads, Earthworks,

   Drainage, Highways, and Infrastructure.
