We have an exciting opportunity to work on a Large Major Civil Engineering project for a Tier 1 Contractor leading the £1.9bn project.
 
The six-year construction programme will start in March on the latest phase of the £1bn LPT2 project which will see 32.5km of tunnel built to house electricity transmission cables 30 metres underground.
The new cables will replace three circuits that currently run under the surface of roads between Wimbledon in the southwest to Crayford in the southeast.

They require a number of Site Engineers to work across various sites from Wimbledon to Crayford too join the team for this project on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on large civils schemes, major projects background, either within heavy civils, tunnelling, earthworks, highways or rail infrastructure.
 
Responsibilities as Site Engineer:
Role:
* General setting out on site
* Carrying out of quality control
* Meeting deadlines
* Providing a detailed technical input
* Ensuring a safe working practice
 
Skills:
* Previously worked as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer
Some or all of, SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS, Cat & Genny, Temp works as getting training is quite difficult at this current time.
* BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent
