An exciting opportunity has come up for a Site Engineer to join a well known contractor in the South West for initially 8 weeks, with the potential to turn into 6 months.
The project is a highways widening project in the Swindon area involving drainage, road realignment, construction of an additional running lane
Duties will include:
*Ensuring the works are constructed according to the design and specifications
*Ability to set out to high degree using
*Ensure Health and Safety compliance
*Monitoring and management of the nominated subcontractors
*Quality control in accordance to the specifications
*Compiling of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
*Produce accurate daily diaries
*Permit clearances, daily records
Requirements;
Full Drivers Licence and CSCS card.
HNC or higher in an engineering related field
