CarmichaelUK are looking for a Site Engineer to work with one of our clients on the M25 smart motorway legacy works. Our client is installing extra stopping bays along the north side of the M25 to increase commuter safety. Our client has been asked to install an extra bay and is in need of an engineer to work on this specific package of work. The successful candidate will be required for at least 4 months.
Reporting into the Site Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Setting out
- As-built surveys
- ITP & Testing
- Dily records
- Handover documentation
- Materials management
- Takeoff
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has a full, clean driving license
- Has experience of working next to a live highway
- Has experience setting out for earthworks, drainage, ducting and kerbs
- Can commute to M25 J25
