Opportunities exist for Site Engineers with experience on multi-disciplinary projects which include sheet piling, reinforced concrete, earthworks, gabions, etc. as found on flood alleviation projects. Projects will be scattered in around West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, East Riding and the Humber.
Duties will include –
- Setting out of the works and compiling the asbuilts
- Management of the works including resourcing
- Implementing company quality standards
- Issuing of permits, TQs, ITPs
- Planning and programming of the works
- Regularly meeting with the stake holders
The requirements for this include –
- Competent and confident in setting out on similar projects
- Solid subby management capability
- Collaborative communication and client interaction skills
- Previous flood alleviation experience will be advantageous.
