CarmichaelUK are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to work with one of our key clients on a military base upgrade in Suffolk. The majority of the work is being delivered by sub-contractors and our client is looking to bring someone on to assist in the management and direction of the subbies. This position is for an immediate start and will run for approximately 6 months.
Reporting into the Sub Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Site diary keeping
- Site inspections
- QA/QC
- Checking setting out
- Reporting progress
- Resolving technical issues
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has quality experience
- Has main contractor experience
