A well-known mid sized Main Contractor are searching for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to a busy start to the year, they have secured a new £10m warehouse extension scheme in Bedfordshire and require a Project Manager to oversee this 33 week programme.
This project consists of a 124,000 sq foot steel frame Warehouse in which 2 floors are being added, this will involve associated cladding works and car park extension with drainage
This position would suit a Site Engineer who has a background of working for mid-sized Main Contractors and is happy to be out in the field setting out, liaising with the design team on a busy live project.
About you:
- Demonstrable experience of overseeing similar projects
- Steel Frame or RC Frame experience (essential)
- HNC/D or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong setting out experience
