CarmichaelUK are looking for a Site Engineer to work with one of our key clients on a civils project in North West London. The work is part of the Brent Cross regeneration project and the scope for the foreseeable future is all deep drainage. The project currently has a couple of graduate engineers on the job and is in need of someone with more experience to drive works forward on site. We are looking for someone to start ASAP with the requirement running through for a minimum 3 months with the possibility of extension into the new year.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting out
- Quality checks
- Subcontractor management
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Task briefings
- Providing technical support to the site team
We are looking for someone who has:
- An HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- CSCS card
- Main contractor experience
- Extensive knowledge of deep drainage
