A joint venture consisting of international civil engineering companies are searching for a Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a wide and diverse team of construction and civil engineering professionals on a large infrastructure scheme throughout the Buckinghamshire area.
You will be liaising regularly with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman in order to allocate labour, plant and materials.
Some of your tasks will be to mentor and guide members of the setting out team and be responsible for their performance and development. You will be able to identify and resolve any technical problems and communicating this with the Sub Agent / Site Agent.
You will be ensuring that the team have all the current resources to carry out their duties and will be tasked with the production of programmes, progress reports and cost plans.
About you:
- HNC/D or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience of working on Highways, Structures, Utilities or Earthworks schemes
- Good communication skills
